Goods purchased from us can be easily and cheaply returned at any InPost parcel locker.

In our store, you don't have to worry about the product not meeting your expectations. Thanks to the integration of our store with inexpensive InPost parcel locker returns, you can shop without stress or fear that returning purchased goods will be a hassle.

In accordance with the applicable law, you have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason. Therefore, if the goods do not meet your expectations, you can return them to us within 14 days of withdrawing from the contract. All returns in our store are handled by a very simple return wizard, which allows you to send us a return package via an InPost parcel locker.

1 Print Generate return documents along with address labels, and then print them.

2 Send the package Put the packed goods along with the return document into the box and seal it well.

3 Refund You will receive a refund within 14 days of us receiving the return.

Details regarding the steps to process the return:

Log in to your account, then in the returns panel select the goods you would like to return;
In the next steps, choose a return by clicking on the option "I will use the store's shipments" and select the form in which you want to receive the returned money;
Generate return documents along with address labels, then print them and be sure to sign the return document;
Put the packed goods along with the return document into the shipping box and seal it well. You can use the box in which you received the ordered goods. Go to any InPost Parcel Locker, where you can send the package quickly and conveniently, 24/7. Remember that the dimensions of the package cannot exceed 41 X 38 X 64 cm and weight 25 kg.
We will make a refund, in the form chosen in the return creator, within 14 days from the day on which we were informed about your decision to withdraw from the contract. However, this usually takes less time. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or until you have provided proof of its return.

The above procedure is not a condition for using the statutory right of withdrawal from the contract and in no way limits it.
